Barefoot Performance Academy
The Barefoot Performance Academy (BPA) was conceived and established to fill the need for supporting sailors who are interested in, or already participating in, singlehanded and double-handed racing.
From our location in the picturesque St Vincent and the Grenadines, we offer year round training in idyllic sailing conditions on a professionally maintained fleet of performance sailboats.
Tailored Programs
Our programs are designed to appeal to anyone interested in short-handed cruising and racing, from beginners, to seasoned club sailors, to olympic teams and professional racers.
Our Faculty
BPA’s faculty is comprised of highly skilled, professional instructors, who have experience in high level singlehanded offshore racing events such as La Solitaire de Figaro, Mini-transat, Transat Jacques Vabre, Jules Verne.
Charters
In collaboration with our sister organization, Barefoot Yacht Charters, we offer cruising and regatta charters to enable program participants to further develop their skills and experience.
